My coaching is built on 3 principles:

Training should reduce your stress, not add more.

I focus on efficient, effective sessions that don’t require any prior training knowledge or long hours in the gym.

2. Make it fit your lifestyle

Whether you’re working long days, travelling, or juggling responsibilities, your plan adapts to you — not the other way around.

I use whatever resources you have available — be it a gym, living room or Mother Nature — to bring health and fitness into your routine seamlessly.

3. Move in ways that feel good

Our bodies are a gift, and movement is a privilege. We should crave , not dread it.

If you are not enjoying your training, you’re missing out on some of the biggest benefits! I design programs tailored to your personal likes/dislikes to help you enjoy building strength and confidence.

MY STORY

I wasn’t always a personal trainer.

In my previous career I qualified as a corporate solicitor, spending long hours indoors, behind screens, with little time or energy for my own health. I was in a familiar position for many:

  • I didn’t have time for workouts

  • I didn’t have time to cook nutritious meals

  • My sleep quality suffered

  • I felt like my health was slipping away from me

Eventually, I realised something had to change:

  • I shortened my workouts, focusing on quality and efficiency

  • I created more flexibility around my nutrition

  • I got out and about, allowing nature to work its magic on my body and mind

  • I allowed myself to reschedule workouts when life just wasn’t lining up

Essentially, I redesigned my fitness routine to complement my busy schedule, not add to it. The results blew me away. By creating that flexibility, I trained more consistently, more often. Not only did my fitness improve, but my enjoyment of life bounced back. I was now using health and fitness the way it should be used: as a way to bring some enjoyable “me-time” into my day while offsetting the daily stressors of modern life.

I am currently exploring the world in a converted van with my girlfriend, Jordan, as I continue to rebuild my own relationship with movement.

I have since left the corporate world, qualified as a personal trainer, and help my clients to do the same:

get fitter, feel better, and reconnect with the world around them.

Pricing

1:1 Personal Training

3 month minimum commitment, monthly thereafter.

Payable:

(i) Monthly (€160p/m) or

(ii) 3 month package (€150 p/m if paid all together) i.e. €30 discount

Why the minimum commitment?

Anyone can follow a strict program for 10 days, but that’s not what I’m interested in.

If you are as serious as I am about creating lasting change in your life — three months is the generally accepted timeframe to do it so that, this time, it sticks.

However, if your financial circumstances change, or you become unable to avail of the service during this time (illness, injury etc.) then I will of course refund you.
